Yes! So morning pages means every morning when you wake up you write 3 pages - doesn’t matter what it’s about, just stream of consciousness whatever pops in your head for 3 pages! Then artist’s dates are going and doing something by yourself that excites your inner artist / child - the library, a coffee shop, a movie, the park, a pottery class, Pilates, the bookstore, thrifting - the opportunities are endless! Usually these are things you love but never make time for. Hope this helps!!!!
I agree. September has been a heavy month for me as well. But I was happy Keanu received the $50,000 for BB’s Favorite HG. He was definitely my favorite!
