Valentine’s Week is here! Whether you're fully embracing the romance or completely over the hype this year, I hope this post brings you some fun inspiration and ideas.

Ways to Celebrate
Last year, I shared a Valentine’s Day post full of fun and unique ways to celebrate—whether with your significant other or your best girls!
For Galentine’s, my favorite idea is a romance book swap! Pair it with a fun meal, like tacos for dinner or waffles for brunch, to make it extra special.
For date night, I love the idea of an indoor camping night - there’s something so cozy and magical about a mattress on the floor, snacky foods, and late-night conversations.
Check out this post for more ideas!
Books
Some of my favorite, cozy, Valentine’s day themed romances - from full length novels that will last you all week to short stories that will fill an afternoon! These are all no spice!
My Phony Valentine by Courtney Walsh - A fake dating romance between a baker / restaurant owner and a hockey player. On Kindle Unlimited!
The Valentine’s Bet by Kristine W. Joy - A grumpy-sunshine romance set in NYC with an acts of service male main character. On Kindle Unlimited!
The Do-Over by Lynn Painter - A young adult romance that follows Emilie who keeps repeating a horrible Valentine’s Day over and over again.
The Fall Risk by Abby Jimenez - A romance short story about two neighbors who get stuck in their apartment building over Valentine’s Day.
Please Be Mine by K. Sinko - A second chance romance short story told mostly through letters with dual POV towards the end.

Journal Prompts
Finally, I wanted to leave you with some questions to ponder. Hopefully, these will get you thinking about love in your life - how you love yourself, how you love others around you, and how you understand and approach love. Pick a couple or do all fifteen!
What are three things I love about myself?
How have I grown in taking care of myself recently, and in what ways do I want to continue to grow?
How does God’s love for me shape the way I loved myself and others?
What are three things I love about my significant other (or someone else I love)?
What is one of my favorite memories with a loved one?
What makes me feel the most loved? When have I felt that way?
What’s a quality I admire in someone I love?
What’s my favorite love story (book, movie, or real life) and why?
Who in my life has shown me kindness and love recently?
What’s a small act of love I can do for someone else today?
How do I express love to others?
What’s a relationship I’m especially grateful for right now?
What’s one thing I could do to strengthen a relationship in my life?
What scares me the most about being loved?
How has my understanding of love changed over time?
Thank you so much for reading! I hope you have a Valentine’s week full of love.
Take care,
Caroline
